payment time

my payment has been in pending for more than 9 days and when i asked about payment time you always answered to keep patient. If you don't give our payment in time then how can we trust to invest in this site. Isn't the maximum time for cashout 7 days? I am requesting admin to give my payment as quickly as possible. please don't give those same answer repeatedly which can't solve my problem.
